Shipping And Delivery

We have put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. You will receive your order in 10-17 business days from the date that it is placed.

Delivery time: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.

Processing Time: Before shipping your order, normally we need 3-5 business days to prepare your products because some products are made by special technics, do strict quality-control tests, and carefully package the items. So the processing time is separate from the shipping time. Kindly note a small number of orders may still need between 7-10 business days depending on stock availability.
 

If your order includes one pre-order item, your package will be delivered on the date stating on the description of this pre-order item (Usually within 15-21 business days). If your order includes more than one pre-order item, your package will be delivered on the date stating on the description of the pre-order item which is with the later date.

Shipping time: Normally it will take 8-15 business days（some places will take 1-2months because of the long-distance, such as South Africa, etc.)by the Standard Shipping method and it will take 6-10 business days by Expedited Shipping for most places of the United States.

We will update the tracking number by email after the order shipped, and you can also find the tracking number on your account.
